Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your buy, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To return your order, please state whether you'd like a refund or an exchange, and include your original order number and proof of purchase. All items should be returned unused and in the same condition that we sent them to you and in the original packaging. Please note that only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Whilst we will do our best, we can't always guarantee that your size will be in stock, and in such cases we will contact you to find out if you'd like a refund, an exchange for something else, or send your desired size when it comes back in stock.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of the refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping costs are on you for returns and all shipping costs are non-refundable. Please obtain a Proof of Postage when returning items to us as we can not be held responsible for items that do not arrive to us.
